I am new to real estate investing. I'm exploring the industry and trying to learn everything I can at this point with aspirations of getting into the game soon.
I'm currently working a full time job, but something inside of me keeps saying there's more to life than being an employee at the mercy of a job. I have two rentals, one having a Morgage and the other I purchased cash and rehabbed in hopes of a refi to buy the next one and so on.
