Architecture is my first love, but I started learning real estate investing in January 2021 and was hooked, bought my two first properties in July 2021 and now I'm working on the third. Focusing on buy and hold for the moment and goal is to create cash flow for FIRE. Still working that W2 full time as an Architect in Washington, DC.
I'm currently interested in becoming a "REAL" Real Estate Investor with my wife. I've read the books and will continue to try to educate myself.
I'm at the point where I want to take that first step out into the reality of real estate investing.
