hello there, i am getting into the Real Estate business.
I am a newbie to real estate investing. As a social worker, I desire to eventually create Supportive housing for transitional youth between 18-23 who with stable housing could pursue high school graduation and additional training as well as work. Without stable housing everything else is almost impossible.
We've purchased and sold a few homes for positive gain.
