I want to start out wholesaling to build up funds to start doing flips. i live in ca. and flipping takes a great deal of funds. Later down the line i would like to move to a state that is more flip friendly. Most states have lower prices and easier to flip.

My husband and I purchased an apartment complex in 2013. Since then we have also purchased single family homes to add to our portfolio. We currently run 104 units, 92 of them are part of the apartment complex and the rest are single family homes. My husband has a full time job and I am a homeschooling mom of 7. Life is busy!
