I am new to real estate. I own my current residence and got a great deal establishing $25k in equity before we even moved in! This has got me hooked on real estate. I am looking to get into 1 rental property/year for the next couple years and see where that takes me!

Im married with 2 small children no older than 3, love spending time with family and still a active athletic guy, who is going to be financially independent and free in the near future.
