I have been in the property management industry for 20+ years. My family owns multi-family property in San Francisco. I recently joined a startup called Rezedent.com which is a free resident/tenant portal with a ton of features and perks.
Marketer, marketing liaison, transaction engineer, are what I call myself instead of investor. They more accurately describe what i do, and sound better, in my opinion. I am still a newbie, but, my focus is on no/low money down and creative strategies.
I want to become an investor. Right now I'm mainly interested in SFR to buy and hold or flipping as well as multifamily housing. Having lived in Southern California most of my life, I realize how pricey property can be here. So I am open to out of state investment opportunities as well.
