My husband and I own (and live in) a 3 family in Brooklyn, NY. We are investors in the Columbus and Cincinnati, OH markets. Our long-term goal had been 10 doors a year until we hit 100, but we may stop at 50. At the moment we are at 30 as we enter year 6 of the journey).
