Trying to get started in real estate
I am looking to buy, remodel, and sell properties. I am looking to mass produce this system to bring jobs to the community, while making many people homeowners thru educating them that in my area it is much cheaper and much smarter to buy than rent.
I want to give lucrative returns to my investors.
I am currently a civil engineer but have always been fascinated by real estate. I am looking to get into real estate investing/developing and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
