I have 34 years in the construction industry; experienced sub-contractor in Drywall, Plaster, Stucco. I've done Tile work and Painting as well. I have also help Rehab properties in Florida.

I own a lawn sprinkler service/install company. With one employee. Me and my wife and employee flip 1-2 a year and as of 2-2020 am purchasing my first rental.
