Hi my name is Sha'Vondra Dillard but I go by Dra (pronounced Dray) for short. I am new to real estate investing but I have been listening to podcast for Bigger Pockets for months and simply put it's time!!!! I work in corporate as a Credit Manager for a manufacturing company currently.

My wife and I recently achieved part FI. We buy distressed properties and rehab them ourselves(my wife is a licensed general contractor) and turn them into long term rentals. We have done most BP strategies: airbnb super host, house hack, private money, mobile homes, single family, multi family, and multi family compounds.
