I have currently been educating myself in rei by reading and attending seminars, as well as vast amount of knowledge I've attained on the web. I also have recently become member of a local REIA. This to gain as knowledge to make a well educated decision before I begin my investors business.

My Back ground is in the construction trades, I would like to put the two together.
I am married father of 2 children. I'm just starting I have no prior experience in real estate other than purchasing the home I live in. I am interested in learning about renting single and multifamily homes and wholesaling.
Interested in developing a portfolio of income producing properties.
