I am a middle school math teacher who is looking to connect with people and learn as much as possible before jumping in to the real estate investing game. I currently own my own home with my wife. I am most interested in buy and hold properties to help create a life where I can travel freely and enjoy time with my family.

Hey all,
Joined BP to further my knowledge base in REI. I currently live in the south bay area, work in the oil field, and interested in the ocassional flip but more focused on a buy and hold strategy. 2 - 4 unit dwellings will be my main focus. Thanks for reading.
