As a mortgage lender with unique loan programs, I get to interact with both realtors and investors. My wife discovered the Bigger Pockets Podcast and that started our own real estate journey. We now have our first rental, and yes, we paid too much for it but plan to keep it forever, so it didn't really matter (so we keep telling ourselves)....
