My goal is always to create a win-win-win situation, where the person I buy from is getting paid fast, I renovate and give jobs to the community and in the end sell a good renovated house back to the community.

👉In 30 years, more people will be living in apartment buildings (due to rising living costs), and there will be more demand.

I live in Minnesota and work as a nurse. I have been dabbling with the idea of purchasing duplexes and getting more involved in real estate. I just recently put in an offer on a duplex and it was accepted! I plan to live in the duplex and rent out the other half. I'm excited to start my journey into real-estate and learn more!
