full time investor looking at buying distressed assets
I am currently a college student looking to get my first rental property while in school if possible but need help making the jump. I am also looking into interning at a real estate firm but don't know where to go. Any and all help is appreciated!
My day job is an insurance agent. I like the idea of investing in real estate. I currently have one condo rented out and looking to buy more properties.
