I live in Albany, New York and have just started creating a real estate investment company with my friend. We call ourselves Albert Home Investors. I am currently studying for the real estate sales person exam.

I am a licensed contractor in Las Vegas who was been rehabbing for flippers for a few of years before starting flipping myself a couple years ago. I am actively hunting houses for flips and wholesaling what doesn't fit our model. Currently looking to purchase buy & hold property for 2018.
