I've been investing in REITs and have been a home owner for a couple of years, but have recently begun looking at real estate as more of an income opportunity I can enjoy before I age into Medicare. I'm 35 and aiming to FI/RE in about 10 years, and real estate investing will play a large role in getting me there.
