Newbie to real estate investing. Really looking into out-of-state investing in Cincinnati or back in my home town of St. Louis. Im in needed of locale REALTORS who work with out-of-state investors, CONTRACTORS who do work in the city of St. Louis and LENDERS who can help with rehab loans possibly.
