Started in 80's. Early 90's bought boarded up props in Oakland; about 12. Sold BAy Area & bought in Fl. Sold FL went into those large TIC's; bad idea.
No flipped 12 houses in Novato & Vallejo. Bought 6 condo; 5 in Vallejo all cash. Looking to flip or hold more property.
