I held a Mobile Home License since 1998, I received my Real Estate License a few yrs. later. My passion is in Mobile Home Investing, I have bought, rehabbed and sold Mobile Homes for over 10 yrs. I love the business. I retired a few months ago and I did not renew my licenses due to the fact, that I am a full time investor now.
I'm a full-time real estate investor. I'm married and have four children. We moved to northeast Ohio in 2010 and live in Bay Village, OH.
I am always looking for value-add, multi-family properties (duplexes all the way up to large apartment complexes), to buy, reposition and hold/sell.
I am a finance graduate student at Texas A&M University. I have been interested in investing/entrepreneurship for a long time and am looking to get started in real estate investing.
