I am passionate about real estate! I have worked in the industry for over 12 years. I am a Managing Partner at Unlimited Funding, a private lending firm, and we offer fix and flip, buy and hold, new construction, and commercial real estate loans to investors nationwide.
One of my two partners and long time friend started researching REI and brought the idea to my attention. Since then I spent about 2 months reading and listening to podcasts followed by getting contacts(second partner, agent, lender, lawyer) and starting our search.
