I purchased my first property in 2007 and then purchased four more within the next two years. I currently own 2 out 5. I lost the three to forclosure. I want to get back into the swing of things. Don't know where to start because credit is horrible. I know I will find a way.

I am 62 a force retired Master Auto Technician/shop owner.
Cancer put an end to my career. Have a degree in Automotive technologies and Pop rock and roll music. Only bought the house I used to live in. Want to learn to Wholesale and Flip properties. Plan on employing daughter, son, and 2 grandsons. wish me luck as I do you
