Hello,

I currently have zero experience in real estate investing. However, I currently own a home with about 50% of it paid off. I would one day like to have enough properties to make a living off of, at least in some capacity. I am currently 26 years old with a young family.

I've inherited a property out of state, and interested in it's management. The property is occupied with no to slow rental payment situation. It has been delinquent for over six months. The property is in fair to good condition, in Pittsburgh PA 15208.
