I have been managing couple of units in Beaverton Oregon, STRs and MTRs. Then I bought a single family residence on Feb 2022 and doing a a house hack in Hemet California. I added another STR and MTR in Hemet in the same house. I am trying to apply BRRRR by subdividing it hoping to expand my REI using creative financing.
