Experience:
I currently own a couple of properties with some experience as a landlord.
Served four years active duty in the United States Coast Guard. Currently work full-time as a Police Officer in South Shore MA. BA in Criminal Justice. Great connections with Law Enforcement in MA as it relates to crime rates and the general consensus of certain areas as it relates to Real Estate Properties.
I've got 7 doors (5 single families and a duplex) in the mid-west.
I am interested in house flipping as a wholesaler until I get enough money to fix and flip or buy property and rent it out.
I also have interest in buying and selling land to developers.
Experience to date, is zero. Looking to learn as much as possible.
Everything I do is for my one year old son, who is my pride and joy...
