Hey, I am a fairly new Real Estate Investor. I have worked with other investors for a few years helping with their rehabs and remodels. Real Estate has always interested me and that passion grew more when working on homes. Decided to invest in some of my own rental properties, while also fixing and flipping houses.

I have been managing couple of units in Beaverton Oregon, STRs and MTRs. Then I bought a single family residence on Feb 2022 and doing a a house hack in Hemet California. I added another STR and MTR in Hemet in the same house. I am trying to apply BRRRR by subdividing it hoping to expand my REI using creative financing.
