I am a licensed real estate agent that works NetWorth Realty in Houston, TX. I work as a one stop shop for all my investors' needs. I buy properties in as-is, where-is condition and turn the properties over my investors. The investors in turn do the repairs and put them back on the market for rent or for sale.
I live in the SF Bay Area and invest in Phoenix. I'm an engineer as my day job, but actively investing in my spare time. I've been investing in SFHs since 2005. Interested in connecting with other PHX real estate investors.

Raised by an even poorer version of "Poor Dad" in Maryvale district of Phoenix. I joined AZREIA in early April, BP about a week or two previous. None of this seemed realistic to me before now, but as quickly as I am learning and networking I can see greatness on the horizon!
I joined bigger pockets in 2013 when I became an accidental landlord. I've since gotten rid of that property, but now I want to start real estate investing in earnest. I'm predominantly interested in long term buy and hold for cash flow, but I am also open to flipping and cash investing.

I began my Real Estate investing career in January 2014 and I have built my portfolio to include seven buildings and ten total rental units. I have also successfully completed a flip as well as a wholesale deal. I am a huge fan of the BRRR method and plan to continue using it to build my portfolio.
I am a wholesaler in the Houston area. I've rehabbed many houses and I've owned a bunch of rentals, but wholesaling is my focus. I love making deals happen and wholesaling allows me to do what I enjoy and make great money doing it.
