I am a newbie interested in investing on STA property
Former Cake Decorator (from 1985-2004) turned Librarian (2004-to present) now looking to start new career in Real Estate. I am hoping that this final career will be the "one" to set me up for retirement. I do have some experience with rental properties and I am brand new Real Estate Sales Associate with Keller Williams.
