I am in the military and have had an interest in real estate for years. I'll be moving to the lower 48 later this year and hope to acquire rental properties where ever I move to. My experience is limited to one flip that my wife and I did here in Alaska.
Have been on the safe and steady path with homes for 4-5 years (buy it, fix it up, rent it out, pay it down...) now I am ready to start learning about the next level of investing and what separates those doing ok from those who are doing well.
