I live in northern Nevada and am completely new to real estate investing. I just sold property in Colorado and would like to invest some of the proceeds in a rental. Possibly in Reno NV or northern Colorado. I'm looking at single family homes.

My wife and I have owned a home inspection franchise for the past 18 years. We currently employ eight full time inspectors on our team completing over 3,100 home inspections per year. We also perform termite, radon, and mold inspections. I am looking forward to utilizing my experience and knowledge to begin in real estate investing!
