I built and owned motels and liquor stores in past. I built a card laundry and own it for 5 years. Recently I went to real estate seminar. I got interested in wholesaling, liens and deeds. My goal is to become independent of all worries.
Purchased my first "subject to" mortgage home last year and it is a gem. Now working on a sale of a mobile home in Colorado Springs with an adversarial mobile home management team. Please see my forum post. All thoughts welcome.
