First time investor here. I am a mechanical engineer by profession and a woodworker and handyman on the side.
My name is Trey Williams, owner of Dynamic Property Group, LLC a property rehab firm based in Frederick, Maryland. I am also a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Center also based in Frederick Maryland.
In 1999, I dove into helping people buy and sell homes and never looked back.
I began investing early on by flipping REO's. Most of my training came by way of observing investor clients and hands-on experience.
Now 15 years later I continue to find ways to take my business to the next level.
I am 1 year away from getting out of the Army. Ran my own business before entering the Army 5 years ago and enjoyed it. Looking at building a business again but using the lessons from my first education to build it smarter and more successful.
