I am an engineer with an MBA. I worked in corporate America and consulting and invested in rental properties on the side. I have also done rehabs and flips. I'm looking to do more flips to get capital to build a cash flow stream with rentals. I intend to make real estate my primary occupation.

I am a realtor here in Arizona. I'm new to investing. I am currently focusing on investing full time. I am starting off wholesaling then plan to venture into fix and flips and buy and hold.
I work full time as a law enforcement officer and my wife and I have flipped approximately four houses using money from an investor. We also have renovated three homes which we now use as rental property. We look forward to more deals in the future.
