Long time investor. Construction background
I am new and very interested in investing. Im a virgin to it,however Im passionate about it. I know I will do well in it.
I live in Sioux Falls, SD. I am originally from VA. I have been interested in real estate investing for years. But haven't done much about it. I found Bigger Pockets after I listened to the Mad Fientist podcast. I am here to educate myself on real estate investing.
My wife & I started our small real estate development company in 2014. Our focus thus far has been purchasing, renovating & leasing lakefront vacation properties at the "higher" end of the market. Not $10,000 a night properties lol ... But 8,000 - $10,000 a week.
We currently have three of these lakefront vacation properties...
