I am currently a realtor with Century21 Country North in northern Illinois. I originally got into the business because I was working a part time job and wanted something more out of life. My kids were growing up and I just wanted something different. Well I ended up loving it.

I have been writing prospectus paperwork for multi-family brokers for the past several years, and was tired of watching people build portfolios of real estate. I wanted to do it myself. I have been studying wholesale deals for the past seven months, and felt that was a way to get involved.
