I'm new to the real estate investor arena and very interested in the wholesale component to get started. I've had some exposure but growing in knowledge.
I'm 18 and a student. I live permanently in Nigeria. I want the best future for myself and my siblings so I'm willing to try anything that works to bring my dreams to reality.
I have been a Realtor for 5 years, and have done many residential and commercial transactions. I think out of the box, and have a great eye for good deals. Nothing more satisfying than finding that 'diamond in the rough' for my investors, or that first starter property for first time buyers/entrepreneurs.
I was born and raised in Florida, and a proud alumnus of UF, Go Gators!! I always pictured myself working for 35-40 years, building a healthy 401k and fading into retirement. After just 4 years in the work force, im hoping to alter that plan.
