My parents are real estate brokers. We disagree on the business. I want to borrow money to buy a piece of land and develop it into a a multi-unit complex that doubles as a motel and efficiency apartment complex. Mostly studios. A few 1 2 and 3 bedroom units that i can rent out to women and families in destress.
