I have owner carried two mobile homes in the same park. One has paid off and the other is in process. I am interested in selling the note on the other. They are currently at a 10 percent interest rate. The original note was for 72,000.00 They have approximately 24 years left to pay. The sellers may be interested in going to a shorter term....
