Would like to accumulate multifamily buildings for retirement and to secure wealth for my daughter. Ive been in the construction biz for 30 yrs and feel capable in all phases of building and remodeling.Financing seems to be my biggest issue,although temporary ,I hope.I see opportunity in my area and am anxious to begin.
