I am a hospital administrator by profession with a desire to exit the 9-5 through buy and hold rentals. We currently have 5 investment properties and looking to grow the portfolio to 8 by the end of the year. We are in the market for 3/1 or 2/1 SFRs in and around Belleville, IL.
