I am a lecturer at Texas State University, I live in Buda, TX along with my wife, son, and dog. My wife and I are primarily interested in buy and holds with flipping a potential in the future. Currently we have one SFR in Austin and own the home we occupy.
I am a property locator, i search for property over the internet, i go and take a look at them. I give you comps on the property and also give you an idea about the area, what is the average prices in the area whats being bought and sold etc..
