My sister and I have been interested in real estate investments for over 15 years. Our dad was a Realtor and he instilled the interest in us before his death. We have been "thinking" about it too long; now is the time for us to put our thoughts into action.
At the presnet time I have one single family home and a townhouse that I rent out in Florida. My plan in the future is to buy 4plex or Duplexs. If someone can assist me with buying these properties I would greatly appreciate it.
