Hello Everyone
I’m new to BP and real estate, I’m looking to begin wholesaling In South Carolina and North Carolina as soon as possible. I plan on moving up to fix and flips when I build up enough capital to do so, I also want to get into some rentals as well. My real estate goal is to oneday be able to build new homes.
