have them rented. I need more capital to buy some more properties.

Im interested in learning all aspects of real estate investing to build wealth through real estate.
I got into real estate renting to help out a family that was short selling their home. they wanted to stay in the home and rent, which was good for me cause i had not rented to before. they are great people and take great care of the home.
since then i have purchased other homes and has been going good. but its still not where it should...
