I have been investing in real estate for the past 10 years looking for someone who wants to be a general contractor with me to rehab single family homes and multi family up to 4 units.
I am interested mostly in commercial multi-family real estate. My business model involves finding cash flowing properties in emerging markets with a strong equity position on the back end. I'm typically looking for a 3-5 year turn around although I am also interested in long-term buy and holds in the right situation.
I live and work in Boston. Always staying busy in some form (working, reading, staying active, etc).
I have always been interested in real estate and using it as an investment tool, however, living in Boston makes it difficult to invest locally. I would like to do SFR's as a buy and hold investment.
