We started this company with the intent to eventually buy and hold but love the wholesale and flipping world. We buy homes mainly with Hard Money but have access to cash if need be for the right deal. Only interested in flipping and buy and holds in the Greater Houston area but wholesale in Texas.
I have invested in buy and hold properties, SFR and multi unit. I have done new construction. I have commercial and hud experience with 75+ unit buildings. I also do mortgages for my full time job. This gives a great understanding of real estate and I have obtained great connections because of this.
