I'm interested in learning how to invest in real estate for my future. I'm getting close to retirement and would like to develop an investment and income stream as the economy may not be stable when I actually retire.
I am a relatively new real estate investor; I have a full time job and interested in rehabbing and buy/hold;
most recently I was in hospitality business and enjoyed it very well and now looking to enter into real estate investing.
