I've been searching for a home for quite awhile now and while doing so I've gained a huge interest in real estate. A few of my tour agents flip houses and shared this site with me. I hope to learn a lot and hopefully start flipping homes ASAP!

I am getting ready to retire from my full time job and have money to start up real estate investing. I want a portfolio that includes regular income from holdings as well as periodic profits from flips. I want to do the flips mostly for the fun of it, but I have two partners who are working with me and their interest is to run a business.
