I've been a mechanical engineer my whole career and have been very interested in real estate for the past several years. I've been reading bigger pockets books, listening to their podcast, studying real estate investing, and am actively implementing the BRRRR method.
As a preschooler growing up in the Lansing area, I started asking my parents when we would move to a house that had a dog. They did finally get me a dog & several years later we moved into a brand new house. Such was my first lesson in real estate (dogs don’t sell with the house).

Im 46 years old, divorced and raising my 16 year old son. Im self employed as a Mechanic and do a lot of buying and selling of cars and trucks but my passion is real estate.
As of 8/18/2020 went down the rabbit hole of listening to 80+ hours of podcasts and audio real estate investing which has peaked my interest to get involved. Looking to land land my first rental property in 2021.
