I own a couple of businesses and one rental property. I want to seriously pursue realestate investing. I love the idea of rental properties, owning something you can see is a big plus for me. I like stocks but realestate is something that is more my style. I feel I can be more creative with it.
I've lived in Watertown 12 years and now realize there might be some good real estate deals here. I'm still educating myself about wholesaling and flipping. Just married for the 4th time.
